    Hi,
My name is Fabiola, I live in The Netherlands (though I do NOT speak dutch!) and I'm here because I recently bought a Galaxy 5, only to find that I cannot for the life of me, install Kies.. it shuts down upon opening; when I connected from my boyfriend's computer on Kies found the message that my firmware can't be updated; and.. I hate the fact that I can't store my apps on my very large capacity SD. So, up to now.. I see a lot of potential for my new buddy, but have encountered waaaay more disappointment than I ever expected for a new thought-to-be-very-cool mobile. I *really* hope whatever I find on the forum helps, because I'm on the brink of giving up!

    Cheers,
    fmreina

I hope you find your answers here as well. Welcome to Android Forums. We have a sub forum just for your device. I would think it a great place for you to start. Here is a link to that sub forum: Samsung Galaxy Europa (5) - Android Forums
Good luck with your problems and I hope you enjoy the forums.

    Welcome to Android Forums!

In fact, you can store most of your apps on the SD card. Here's how.
