My three D1's are rooted the old-fashioned way... However, I tried this today for a friend's D1, and it failed. Tried 4 times - failed, rebooted tried twice more without success. I had my hopes up...

Mine also failed. I'm have the d1 on FRG22D. goes thru the motions, reboots. It added SUser, but no apps are listed. tried to load busybox, with no success.

    Any suggestions?

Just added support for Droid 1. Update is in market. I haven't tried it yet though to confirm. However, people posted in the comments on the market that it works.
