Help Nexus 10 touchscreen problem?

So, when playing any fps game so far (nova 3, dead trigger) all controls will work for a while. However, eventually, the move pad will start to falter on the left side of the screen. I will not continuously move when holding it, its like I have to continually move it to move over an inch. After this will happen, I often will not be able to shoot and aim at the same time, only one at a time. Any idea what causes this?

Dead trigger shot works great for me! I'm not sure what to tell ya. Maybe download again? Or kill all processes before playing game.

Try to explain better and I'll play dead trigger again to assess the problem again.
