I suppodse it depends on whether you think you have a problem with your original or not?
I meant if both handsets were fine.Is the new design actually any better or just a different design
ok just got my replacement phone today and it is not the new updated version..its the same old version with small speaker holes n loose buttons..this phones power button is even more loose..again the buttons dont bother me..so my guess is the new versions r going to new customers and not warranty exchange customers
surely if the power button wasn't loose it wouldn't move ?????
My buttons are "loose" but not enough to rattle.
what model do you have? that may make a difference as the black 16gb is more popular then say the white 32gb.
the button on mine rattles when ever I swipe down my notification bar or open an app on the top half of the screen. its a bit to loose.
I have the black 32 gb..either way..its not a deal breaker for me..not going to exchange it.
