Nexus 7 (2012) 4.3 upgrade prompt with error.

SO when I go to look in my settings under about tablet I check my android version and it says 4.3 and every once and a while I will get a prompt to update to 4.3. when I try to download it gets about a 1/4 of the way and then it gives me an error message. Plz help I am pretty clueless when it comes to these things.
