I literally just got my Nexus 9 a few hours ago from Amazon.
I plugged it into my computer so i could transfer some videos over and immediately it comes up with "Power surge on the USB port unkown USB device requires more power than the port can supply"
This is plugged into a USB 3.1 slot as i tried it i other ports 3.0 2.0 its still the same issue.
I look this up and turned off hiberantion and sleep mode for my computer which was suggested a few times and this doesnt do a thing.
Is my nexus defective? As it wont show up on the computer it just says that constantly.
