Anyone other than myself finding that the glass on the Nexus is much easier to clean of fingerprint smudges than gorilla glass phones?

I believe it has an oleophobic coating on it to repel oil. There's nothing about Gorilla Glass that precludes it being coated, it's just that not all manufacturers apply the coating.

You know I thought it was just me but since I've had mine I've thought it was much more smudge resistant and easily cleaned than my HTC Desire. That screen was a complete finger print magnet.

I think it's all in our heads but I have to agree with ya.

Yeah, my dinc screen was an oil/fingerprint magnet! I think I've wiped my screen off like 2 times since Thursday, and even then it was barely noticeable. Definitely like this about the phone. I compared the nexus and rezound demos at the vzw store and the rezound looked like it took on a LOT more oil/fingerprints.

I noticed the same thing, this screen shows almost no smudges. There must be some type of coating on it. Either way, I love not having to clean the screen all the time.
