Help Nexus S does not play any videos taken with its own camera anymore

My Nexus S does not play any .3gp-videos taken with its own camera function anymore.

This started a few days ago, I have no idea why, for the last 6 months it worked fine.

I have tried everything I could think of, they just won't play, neither via gallery nor via QuickPic.

All I get is a black screen and

"Cannot play Video

Sorry, this video cannot be played"

On my computer they play just fine, nothing wrong with them.

I run 2.3.4. with a GRJ22

Does anyone know anything about this? Cannot seem to find similar problems in the board.
