Help No 3 G, and cant send txt in 4 G.

Weird problem this am. The 3g icon is gone and I have no internet or text abilities. When I turn on 4G I have internet but still cant txt. I got to work(15 miles away in the middle of the city) I still have no 3g icon and with 4g I still cant txt.

Is there a new update causing this issue?

I did, Sprint reps told me it was a billing issue, but my account isnt due till June the 11th on the website. So I paid the bill early about 2 hours ago, and just rebooted. Still no 3g or text.
