Ok, so my monthly plan renewed yesterday. As has happened with others, I lost my data. Haven't been able to connect to 3G since Wednesday. I've tried everything to get it back, nothing's working. VM reset my account, nothing. Tried everything they suggested, nothing! I'm over it. The price is great, but what's the point of having a data plan, if you can't actually use it? I'm seriously considering dumping Virgin and getting an HTC Evo and going to Sprint. They don't seem to have the data issues that Virgin has.
