Root No Command (Andi on the ground with "!")

I have the T-mobile version. Long story short I tried to unroot and return my phone to stock so I could upgrade from v10J to v10L. Well, sometime while it was upgrading I got a No Command with a fallen Android robot. I have no idea why this happened or how to fix it. I feel I am bricked of some sort. I've tried going into Download Mode to flash a kdz and that isn't working either. I keep getting a pop-up on my computer about having to reconnect my usb cable and hit retry.

This is very frustrating. I simply wanted to apply an update on what I thought was an okay time to do it (with stock recovery and no root) but it still managed to fail. If anyone has an idea to help me get back on my feet I would greatly appreciate it. As of right now I just have a $200 brick. Thank you in advance.

Great news! I was able to load and flash a kdz file using my girlfriend's computer. So one of the problems had something to do with my computer. Even though I lost all my backups (my SD card crapped out while my phone was connected to my computer, too. Go figure) and all of my saved data and photos, at least I don't have to buy another phone. What a headache but at least I can start fresh and move on.

So, I'm gonna keep it stock and unrooted until the new update comes and installs, and then I will root again after that. Ugh, I have to find all of the stuff online again...
