Help No Data on new Rezound!

Just activated my new Rezound, and have no data at all 1x, or 3g. Phones not in airplane mode, and data is by all indication on but it isn't. I can use wifi and the phone itself does work I can text and call just fine. But like I said absolutely no data. Also should add with all past phones I have had 3g signal fine here.

This is my first 4g phone and I live in an area with no 4g coverage though. So I am wondering if maybe you had to be in a 4g area first before data works. I really have no idea any help would be appreciated.

You might try turning off the phone.. pulling the battery and then putting it back in and see if that wakes it up. If not.. I'd suggest taking it back to verizon and having them check your SIM card. There has been a few DOA or poorly seated Sim cards on new Rezounds. Best of luck to you.. hang in there.. You are going to love the Rez.

Oddly enough after about 3 hours my data seems to be working now. Hopefully it sticks.
