We have lost email notifications on a couple of our service phones after most recent update for Android system. There are 2 phones having specific problem the Note 5 and S5, we have cleared the cache, data, reset up the Exchange Email in the Email App (that comes with the phones).
We have other phones such as Note 4, S6 and neither had this issue with update.
Pulling the battery for reset on the Note 5 is out of the question as it is built in (according to Youtube Video) and run risk of damage on an expensive phone. The S5 pulling the battery for 1 minute did not help, both of these phones are less than a year old (6 to 8 months).
Any advice would be appreciated.
