Help No firmware error trying to update

Friends captivate is on firmware version '2.1-update1' is this current? We just restored it to stock...when I go to check for updates I have the option to resume update or check for update. When I check, there's none. When I select resume update it says no firmware...any ideas?

You need Kies Mini to upgrade to 2.2

Thank you, got it figured out...I am used to the OTA updates, but now updated to 2.2...thanks for the reply.

I will head back over to the Thunderbolt forums...thanks again his phone is now properly functioning, with 2.2, he had 2.1 until now unfortunately.
