Help No Internet: APN settings not saving

I have TATA DOCOMO connection (india) and my handset is galaxy ACE.

I am not able to configure Internet because I am not able to save the APN settings, it goes blank when you click on save.

I went thru posts and nothing worked, I tried factory reset, remove sim and batttery multiple times, I downloaded APN manager application. Nothing works.
Please tell me what to do.

Call customer service and ask them for manual APN settings.. that will surely solve your problem...

I am talking about saving the Manual APN setting only, how can you save the automatic settings. If they send me the settings automatically there will be no problem. It was working with Airtel.

The issue was from TATA Docomo only. Something to do with their systems. It is resolved now.

There was no need to change APN settings.
