After buying a Samsung galaxy 6S edge plus from hong kong I am not not able to get LTE in the UK. I have checked my settings on the phone. The simple card is a 4G enabled sim which works on 4G on another phone. Has anyone experienceelse this problem before or knows how to fix it?

Phones sold in different regions may support different bands. So do you know what LTE bands the phone supports? If it doesn't support the bands your network uses (and not all UK networks use the same bands) there is nothing you can do.

Yup. What Hadron says. Different countries and networks use different bands, so a phone bought overseas may not fully work in another country.

I've used Chinese and Asian version phones in the UK, no 4G LTE, well not on the Vodafone network anyway. 3G and 2G no problem. In fact I've just come back from the UK.

You can check for yourself here.
