I stopped receiving new emails on my computer and S8 phone . A tech for Office 365 found the problem - including changing password and I now receive emails on my computer in Outlook - but NOT on my S8. The message on the phone is password is incorrect or pop3/imap access isn't turned on for this account. Check email account settings on the web. I looked in Gmail - where my emails start and I can't find any place to look. Any suggestions???
