So the Tab 2 will not read/write to NTFS format? Interesting, since I have a few ext. hard drives formatted as NTFS and a large thumb drive.

I guess I'll have to wait until I get a sdcard to transfer large files.

    Any thoughts?

Android does not support ntfs. There is a ntfs mount app on google play, but your device has to have root. Same problem with the xbox it doesn't support ntfs either.

It seems kinda odd it doesn't support NTFS since that is the defacto format for most Windows machines (PCs anyway).

Anyhow, I've purchased a 16gb sd card and should be getting it by Friday. Do they come pre-formatted with Fat32?

    Thnx.
