My predictive text has disappeared and when I go into Settings-General Management-language&input-Default keyboard and tap on Samsung keyboard no other options appear. I cannot retrieve predictive text., and its driving me insane! I recently moved from the UK to Singapore and put a local Sim card in but surely that wouldnt change the settings on my phone? Any help much appreciated!

To avoid your frustration, and do even better, check out either the Swiftkey or Swype keyboard apps on Google play. I promise you will never go back to the Samsung keyboard. Their predictive text algorithms are far more powerful, flexible and accurate. That is in addition to all the other capabilities including Swipe.
