No ROM changes whatsoever to Fresh 2.4 from v2.3.3?

This MR just seems to be a few updated apps, no changes to the ROM itself correct?

I haven't been poking around here as of late as I recently moved. And my HTS Sense for Facebook has been broke for awhile now... was hoping this update would fix it, but it would seem that it's not any sort of ROM update.
