Help no sim ?

Hey,
So this buyer of mine swears that they cant find the sim slot? Does this make any sense ? I tried to explain where the slot is.. now they are returning it from china

Did they get the CDMA version of the Milestone instead of the GSM?

The CDMA version doesn't use a SIM card.
