Help No sound

I have a lg k7 one day i was listening to my music then all of a somthing my sound turn off no sound from a text a phone call or not even head phones would work can some one help meme

I suspect that the headphone jack is hung in between being closed and connected to the headphones.

insert the headphone plug again, and work it in/out several times.

worst case, get some Isopropyl alcohol and use a tooth pick to dip into the alcohol and dribble some into the headphone jack. then use the headphone plug to work that back and forth a bit to try and wash the debris clear of the contacts.
