Help No tiwlan.ini

Wer hero evrybory! I'm looking for someone able to help me with one missing file in my samsung galaxy 5! It seems like there is no tiwlan.ini to edit for ad-hoc! It should be located at /system/etc/wifi/ but i only find two files here within! And i thought i couldnt see it because i wanst rooted so I rooted the phone. This of course was all in wain and I didn't find anything usefull. Tell me wich file to edit if you dont have tiwlan.ini please :3

there doesnt appear to be many technical people with this phone or at least in this forum

try asking in the general sections to at least get where other people have found this file
