no update for my htc sensation xe

Hey,
I have HTC sensation xe with beats audio, and I haven't received any update notification for the 4.0 update.
Everybody who has the same phone got the update already since march, I don't know why its only me who hasn't got it, I tried factory rest, changing time and date, i connected the HTC support team, but none of these actually helped.

Is there is anybody here who can help me in this?
Please im so disappointed

Um thx but that did not help, I'm not interested in rooting my phone, and none of these issues were actually similar to mine.

Rush guided you to the device section for you to post your question there, you will get more responses there then in the welcome thread, so he has you going in the right direction, your exposure to your issue here will be minimal, post your issue there and I bet someone will have a solution for you quickly.
