We just activated a brand new Spectrum 2 on PagePlus (4G now available) and like the phone. It is running the original firmware (Android 4.0.4) so we tried to do the OTA upgrade but the Verizon system returns that this is the latest and VS93021B is NOT AVAILABLE to download to the phone. WTF?
Why won't this brand new phone get the OTA upgrade? Does it take a few days / weeks for the phone to get "recognized" and then the upgrade would be made available or do we need to force the upgrade? ANd how do you do that? HELP!
