Non beta swype for EVO?

    When will the non beta swype be available for the EVO? It's crazy that the X and Epic gets it.

    Wondering the same thing. I haven't been able to use swype since I got my Evo :(

    forum rules are quite clear on this.

    Swype itself was a BETA program, that is currently CLOSED. you may register on their site at Swype | Text Input for Screens to find out more details as to when it will be available for full download again. Discussion as to where to obtain "working" beta copies is against the forum rules as it is now an illegal download.

    I'm still wondering if/when they'll release Swype on the market. I know they're trying to get it pre-installed on new phones and all, but if they put it on the market for $5-10 for phones that don't have it pre-installed, they'd make a mint off of it.

    no problemo. I remember reading the rules, and seeing as to how valuable this board is in the discovery/discussion of apps, no need to break the rules. it'll only get you screwed out of proper intel in the end.
