    Hi All,

Sorry if this has been discussed before, I searched but couldn't find a solution.

My phone has been rooted and I now need to "flash" a file to my /system/framework directory but I'm not entirely sure how to do that... I tried to use root explorer to copy/paste the new file but it wouldn't allow me to do that.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks!

What exactly are you trying to do? What file is it?

I'm trying to replace the /system/framework/framework-res.apk file with a modified one that will give me a new battery status notification icon.
