I actually like the nook application, though not as much as the more refined kindle for Android. I removed it from my phone yesterday when I saw how large it was.
I, like many Droid 1 users, have constant memory issues. Install to SD will be a godsend when 2.2 arrives. But until them, I need to watch what I install and remove apps I don't use or use enough.
nook was removed when I discovered it is somewhere in the 13mb range. Kindle, a much better piece of code, is only 3mb. BN and or their app contractors need to think and cleanup their code.
