I'm on my second DINC 4G now after my first heated up to uncomfortable temperatures and the cursor went out of control. I have not since experienced that keyboard issue, but while downloading apps, text, & web browsing, it gets kinda warm after awhile. Didn't think much of it coming close to body temperature after being in my hand for an hour, but just now it spiked to 99 degrees (F) after only 10 minutes of very light web browsing. Has anyone noticed this and see reason to be concerned? Has anyone had a Droid which never heated up at all?

Concern for what? Is your hand burnt? If not, no there is no reason to be concerned. The phone is running cool despite what you feel. You have to understand what people "feel" as hot is actually cool for electronics. Unless you have blisters from heat on your hand you have nothing to worry about.
