    Download mvideoplayer from Market

    Download Handbrake on your computer.

    Download movie to computer.

    Convert to mp4 with Handbrake.

    Put on Eris.

    Handbrake ftw.

There are ways to download youtube videos too, google "download youtube videos". I did this when I first got the phone for about 24 music videos.

You don't need a video player, "Albums" -> All Videos -> is essentially the video player.

Here is a site I found that gives you step by step how 2 converting. I used anyvideo converter instead of super as he describes. The videos work with either cinema or video player. Both free in the market.

weihl, those instructions are like in greek to me. I have converted a couple of movies via Handbrake and then downloaded to my phone but I haven't been able to play them with the stock video player (like textstv suggests). Do i need to dl a special video player from the market to play them, such as mvideoplayer like Smacky said?
