not able to send pics to email or facebook

does anyone know why I not able to upload my pics to facebook. I have done them before and in my notification it's downloading but for days. I also tried emailing them to me and I don't receive those. Any suggestions?

What phone do you have?

SO you cannot send pictures at all? Not even via email?
Do you get an error message when you try to email a pic?

I have an android thru verizon. I can send pic on text but not to email or to facebook. The notification status shows its uploading but the pic never uploads.
