Not able to uninstall app

I have downloaded nova prime apk(Nova Launcher Installer) from 4shared. When I tried to install It got installed, but when I tried to launch, it asked me to follow 5 steps(install some apps). I did followed that.

Now i am not able to uninstall it,When i tried to uninstall I am getting this message

"Unfortunately,Package installer has stopped"

Please help.

One of the pitfalls of piracy, apps generally don't work as they should.

Maybe try a factory reset. Outwith that, we can't help much if you're not going to support devs and legitimately pay for the app.
