Not able to use data plan with subscribers other than T Mobile

I have a Mytouch 4g phone . I was able to use data plan with T Mobile connection but I am not able to use data plan with other carriers.

Please let me know whether I have to change any settings in my Mytouch 4G phone to enable data plan with other subscribers.

I suspect what you are trying to do will not easily be possible. The MyTouch is a 4G capable... and T-Mobile is currently the only 4G-capable GSM carrier in the U.S.
