I don't wanna sound patronizing or anything but do things get saved to your phones built in memory or your sd card? Maybe your phone is trying to save to your phones mem and you don't have any more room left

I agree, it sounds like you either don't have an MicroSD installed, or the one you have is not formmatted and therefore is not working properly, as in allowing you to store things on it. So everything is being stored on the phones 1GB of internal memory. You should have a goo size Micro SD installed and that card should contain ALL of your music and pictures and files, ervything except apps, becuase with 1.6, what we have, will not allow you to put apps on your SD card, that changes with 2.1, if and when we ever get it!

So reply back with what is up, and we can advise you further.

**NOTE: or is it telling you that you don't have enough RAM memory? Two different types with two different problems as the RAM memory is only 384MB I believe..

    Hey Kaylie,

If you connect your phone up to your PC Companion suite using your USB cable does it ask you to mount the card on the phone? You do this by dragging down the top notifications bar and then tapping on the USB symbol line and then selecting 'Mount'.

If it lets you mount your card then use the File Manager part of the PCCompanion, what does it show on your card?

If you power off your phone and then turn it back on does it say Initializing SD card or words to that effect.

Most of the UK phones came with an 8g card. I have loads of pics on mine, a little music and loads of apps and I have only used 1572m out of a possible 7560 available.

As my friend Gunny said, try giving us a bit more info and we can hopefully come up with some solutions.
