Help Not getting all my work emails

I am not getting all my work emails on my Incredible. We use Outlook Express at work and I am only getting some of the email on my phone. I can't figure out a reason why some come through on the phone and other don't. Does anyone know how to fix this it is getting very annoying . Otherwise I LOVE this phone.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your mail. It seems like your issue is with Outlook Express deleting the emails from the server if you are using POP3. If you are using exchange at work (which I doubt since you are using Outlook Express), please consult your IT department.
