Was able to download the xda developers' tool for unlocking the sim network restriction but the thing is when i ran the .rar file it says that "please enable adb and connect your phone to computer" how can i fix this man? Not so techiee guy here please help help!

ADB (Android Debug Bridge) means USB Debugging. To enable that you go to the Developer Options menu in Settings.

Now you are thinking "I don't have a Developer Options menu", and that's because Google hid it. So to unhide it you need to play a silly game:

* Go to Settings, About, Software Information, More. Tap repeatedly on the "build number" until it tell you you are now a developer.

Google doubtless think they are clever or cute. They are neither.
