My phone (Note 10+) is missing the "Allowed Devices" option in the Mobile Tethering app. It's useful on my S9+ when I'd like to temporarily disallow someone from accessing my hotspot when I'm having lag when using the internet. I wouldn't want to change my password every time I want to achieve that. What do I need to do to find and enable the "Allowed Devices" option?

Can you post a screenshot of the Mobile Hotspot screen where the option usually is (in the 3 dot menu)?

when you have devices on your hotspot, they show up in the "connected devices" section at the bottom. you can remove those as needed from there. this may be new way to handle this in android 10.
