Help note 2 says I have 7 gb of downloads but it shows it is empty. Storage is full help!

Hi,

My Note II says that there isnt enough space. When I checked what was taking so much space it says downloads at 7 GB but when I click on the download button it says no downloads. Now I do download movies but I always delete after watching. Could they be somewhere still in the phone?

Hi, michellederoch! Welcome to the forums!

If you used a browser to download them, sometimes you have to use a file explorer and there might be a download folder in it that is holding stuff.

Hi

When you press the downloads icon are you then selecting "other downloads" on the top tabs? That's where they normally show.

Suggest you open MyFiles app and look in the Downloads folder in sdcard0 (internal storage)
