Note 3 Apostrophe Problem

Recently my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has been replacing the apostrophe with: ' I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I use Google hangouts for my text messages and it's only if someone sends it to me, or if I see it on Facebook, Twitter etc. Thanks.

This is what happens when someone sends me "it's".

Reset keyboard language?
Or take it to the Samsung expert at Best Buy (if your best buy has one)
That would drive me crazy!
