Help note 3 bad weak reception help pliz

Hi I have issues with my note 3 from at&t unlocked I have it with t-mobile but my reception is bad wen I have 4G lte I have 1 to 3 bars and when I call someone it disconnect the network and I have good Internet but bad reception but when I go to *#2263# and I choose [5]WCDWAM/GsM mode only i get in edge and i get full bars can somebody tell me how to fix it

Verizon Version and the Reception is worse than other phones as well. S4 and Droid Maxx on same network have noticeably better reception in literally the same spot. Reception is one of the weakest links with this phone. Something you sorta have to deal with.
