Help note 5 contact backup

hello i have a Note 5 sprint. My dog decided to use it as a chew toy. The screen is black but the phone still has power and will charge. I have a new one that i got through insurance and it is now activated. When i synced my google account i have all my pics but none of my contacts. What is the best app to hopefully restore my contacts. The old phone i cannot connect it through usb to my computer as it had a pin # lock. Any help would be great!!!!!!

Did you save your contacts as phone contacts instead of Google contacts? If so, they're very likely gone with the phone. I know that's not the answer you want to hear, but that's what I have for you.

If the phone internals aren't broken, you can try retrieving it via Samsung's Sidesync and Smartswitch apps.
