Note 5 Gone Haywire

My Note 5 seems to be having issues. It is refreshing whatever page im on every minute or two. It refreshes the page back to back and then there's about a 2 minute delay before it does it again. It does it on all pages. Facebook, Google, YouTube and all the rest. Pls help
