Game Pack Features 4 Vulkan APIs
The Galaxy Note 7 comes with Game Pack — available through Google Play — which includes top game titles and various other new user benefits. In addition, the Game Pack also features four Vulkan API-ready games, including “Need for Speed No Limits,” “Hit,” “Vainglory” and “Olympus Rising” where users are expected to notice significant performance enhancements like improved graphics quality and stability of frame rates.
The Game Pack will be offered to all buyers of the Galaxy Note 7 from Aug. 20 to January 2017. The pack features over a dozen popular game titles, including “Nonstop Knight,” “Empire: Four Kingdoms,” “Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft” and “MARVEL Contest of Champions” to name a few.
Do you know how they can be redeem]]
It would be nice to know how to get this advertised extra.
Have you gone to Samsung.com and chatted with them? I'm sure they could clear this up.
I have checked with the details and I would like to inform you that vulkan Game Pack is not available on the US versions.
Not available on US versions? Sounds like class action suit time.
I saw it on a lot of sites - nothing officially from Samsung
Yeah I was saying that in jest about the class action. It does stink that many thought there would be a nice "extra" bundled with the phone, but it isn't available for US phones.
Pretty sure, since I generally suck at those games - that I would probably buy a PS/4 (which ain't happening) before any of those games.
With the supposed Vulkan game pack there were 4 free games that would normally cost us $. I would install them if they were free. At least to see how they worked. I don't game much on my phones unless I am burning time on a flight or at the airport. And even then, I don't need anything too extreme. I do like the ability to play the best games made though.
