    I'm using AK Notepad for a generic notepad and Our Groceries as a shared grocery list with my wife. So far I like them both.

    I really like gdocs. It is a simple note pad BUT it syncs to your google docs account. Creates a folder and the note goes in there as well as staying on your phone. Excellent for me.
