looking for a note taking android app that has the following features

    1. use stylus
    2. must be able to sync between devices with the ability to add to it. for example If on tablet, must be able to save it to the cloud, open it on phone and add to it. no saving as pdf.
    3. must be able to scroll through pages.

It is either all or none :) and it does not have to be free. One thing, I want something other than evernote. It has gotten too bloated for my use/taste. I tried it a while back and am still getting spam from them, no matter the number of times I tried to unsubscribed.

I use OneNote. But not sure about the scroll through pages bit.

I recommend Google Keep for quick reminder post-it type notes. I recommend OneNote for stuff you would put in a notebook. Not exactly sure what you mean be scroll through pages.

As a replacement for Evernote I'd recommend OneNote but either should be able to meet your criteria.

OneNote is an excellent, easy to use tool for students, writers, people looking for a way to organize notes, or anyone who needs more flexibility than Word provides in the creation of documents.

I use Google Keep as my note taking app. It syncs with Google Drive. I can bring up Keep on my PC and edit the note and it will sync to any other device.

I don't use a stylus, so I cannot comment on that capability.
