Help Note To Self Stopped Working

I use the voice action Note To Self quite often but recently it stopped working.

It listens and looks okay until I hit send, then I get "Unfortunately, Voice Search has stopped".

Any ideas on what the problem is?

Running Android Version 4.0.4

I have a hunch that it's ICS & Razr/Razr Maxx. I'll bet it gets fixed when we get Jelly Bean.

Hope so anyway.........it's a great feature.

I have the jelly bean update and it works just fine with only one tiny problem. Holding down the search button doesn't immediately bring up the voice search. It starts Google Now and then I have to tap on the microphone icon. But, it works when I do that.


Update -
But I did just notice there is a Voice Search icon in my Apps. I put it on my home screen and now I don't have to go through the multiple steps I mentioned above.

When Google Now is up just say 'google', and voice search will become active. (Which of course implies that it's already listening to you...)
