Root note wont turn on after root HELP!!

Alright so i rooted my phone and then after that i tried to put CM9 on it i tried to put the kernal on it but when i went through the whole stage it said thank you phone rebooting and it didnt reboot.
now it wont turn on no LEDs or anything

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

I am guessing that you have the International Note and tried installing i717 ROM/kernel on it, or the other way around?

Please confirm and we'll try to diagnose from there.
