notifications don't clear when selected

    hi all.

    just recently my new message and calendar notifications need to be manually clear even after selecting them from drop down [emoji53]
    ..they used to automatically clear when selected the first time

    update bug?

    Most likely. In marshmallow the notification should disappear once you tap on it and the phone takes you to the appropriate app.

    thanks yes that is what I thought, but it doesn't do that anymore

    hi all,
    factory reset - sms notification now clear ... but email ones don't! :(

    Do they clear, once you have opened the email app and read the emails? Personally I have disabled email notifications due to the large number of emails.

    seems to have calmed down now..I did a phone cache clear..removed a few apps..also running a beta light flow app for improved led control..cool [emoji2]
