Is this a problem in an app you wrote?

So it's impossible to answer your question without the following information:-

    1. Full stack trace
    2. The relevant code

You've posted several threads all with the same basic problem - NullPointerException. This is probably the easiest of bugs to resolve with some basic knowledge of app debugging.
Please have a read of this thread for some tips on how to debug your app

If you can't resolve the problem, then as above, you need to supply some basic information to allow others to help you.

Development thread moved to the dev area for better exposure. I've also removed the duplicate threads to avoid confusion. One was in the Starbucks app channel and I recommended you contact them, which would do you no good. ;)

    Good luck. :)

You had better step-debug your app with a Redmi 4 Pro as the destination device.
