NYC Web Service Down all Day ..What Gives ?

    Been trying to access the web since this morning and nothing.It's constantly loading but never hits the webpage.

    I have unlimited plan.

    I called 1888-8metro8 all day and all it says is "sorry ,please try again later"

    Never had this happen before.

    I also tried the 228 to update and that didn't help. Rebooted several times and pulled battery.I have all bars and 4G signal. Text works and so does phone.


    How can I find out about a outage or does anyone have a better # to call ?

    Leave them a backchannel message on Faceplant. Leave your Last name and last 4 of your phone # and tell them the deal.

    Faceplant is one of the Best ways to get things done with Metro.

    Im in North Jersey literally on the other side of the George Washington Bridge. No problems here.

    If you have an LG Connect this is happening all over as for some reason this phone does NOT like the newly merging networks. But whatever you do DO NOT accept a trade in for a Motion. That is an unacceptable deal in my book. Tell them you want an S3 or a credit to purchase that S3 as well.

    agreed but if you have to settle the l9 is an okay phone. just keep bothering them

    Take it to a corporate store they will reset it issues have been reported on that

    Its not, supposedly to try and fix the problem they've actually installed Esteem Roms on the Connect surprisingly which is ridiculous in my book.

    I find it near fetched that the average corporate store would have the people who could do that without pooning it up.
